Alan Peters

Alan Peters is an economic development executive based in Northeast Wisconsin, where he serves at the intersection of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and Brown County to help build the Phoenix Innovation Park and grow the region’s start-up ecosystem. With more than two decades of experience spanning civil engineering, real estate development and economic development, Peters brings a cross-disciplinary perspective to community building. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a master’s in real estate, finance and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Peters is an active connector in the Northeast Wisconsin start-up community, partnering with organizations like gener8tor, WEDC, New North, Inc. and EO Wisconsin to attract founders, expand access to capital and strengthen the region’s entrepreneurial infrastructure.
