Amy Jansen

Amy Jansen is the executive vice president of HR and associate services with J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., based in Neenah.
Jansen joined J. J. Keller in 2011 and focuses on building benefit, engagement, development and wellness programming – and a work environment – that continues to position J. J. Keller as a certified Great Place to Work®.
In addition to HR and associate services, she also has oversight of the company's corporate communications and PR functions, corporate campus facilities and renovations.
Her background includes more than 25 years in human resources roles in the construction and consulting industries.
On a volunteer basis, Jansen is involved with Fox Cities Habitat for Humanity.
