Andrew Halverson

Andrew Halverson serves as the chief administrative officer, executive vice president, co-owner and corporate secretary of Ellis Construction.
Halverson joined Ellis Construction in 2014 as vice president of business development.
Before joining Ellis Construction, he served as Mayor of the City of Stevens Point from 2007-14.
As mayor, he provided full-time administrative leadership, guiding the city’s development and operations.
Halverson earned a bachelor’s degree in public administration and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and is close to earning a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
He has been awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for Wisconsin (civilian) by Gen. Donald Dunbar, Adjutant General of the Wisconsin National Guard for service to the 32nd Infantry Brigade.
