Andrew Wilcox

Andrew Wilcox is the chief executive officer of XeteX, a North American custom air handling equipment manufacturer for commercial and industrial buildings.
Since joining XeteX in 2016, Wilcox has continued the company’s tradition of excellence and innovation, contributing to its recognition as an eight-time Inc. 5000 honoree among the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S.
In his 40-year career, Wilcox has held leadership roles in 3M, Trane, Honeywell and Greenheck.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in applied physics from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and an MBA in marketing from the University of Saint Thomas.
