Austin Kassner

Austin Kassner is the president and franchise owner of Spherion Wisconsin & Northern Illinois – a locally owned staffing and recruiting firm expanding into the Fox Valley and Greater Green Bay area. Kassner leads a tenured team that has built on more than 35 years of presence in the region, providing flexible staffing, temp-to-hire and direct hire workforce solutions across industries. A Green Bay native, Kassner holds a degree in industrial engineering and economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
