Cindy Enli

Cindy Enli is a senior technical recruiter at U.S. Venture and has more than 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition profession.

Enli is also a founding member of Women in Technology Wisconsin, Inc., serves on the talent committee for the NEW Digital Alliance, is a certified diversity recruiter, served as a First Lego League coach, is the founder of a coding club at a Northeast Wisconsin elementary school and has been a speaker at various technology conferences.

She received her bachelor’s degree in human resource management and marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
