Dani Lippert is a talent acquisition partner at Jewelers Mutual, where she has spent the last three years supporting hiring and talent across the organization. Lippert began her career in recruiting right out of college and has remained dedicated to the field since – building a strong foundation and passion in connecting people with the right opportunities and shaping effective hiring practices through young professional programs and data-driven decision-making.
