Dara Bartels

Dara Bartels is the president and CEO of Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston.
She has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
She obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
Before moving into her current role, Bartels served as Mile Bluff’s CFO for almost three years; and was twice named by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of the top 150 hospital and health system CFOs to know.
Bartels feels strongly about investing in her staff and her community and believes that when this is done, it will ultimately result in patient experience excellence.
