Dennis Buehler

Dennis Buehler is president and CEO of the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation.

He has more than 30 years of service in the nonprofit sector – many of them spent leading prominent cultural and educational institutions, including the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts, Milwaukee Ballet and Oregon Ballet Theatre.

Buehler continues to speak at local, state and national conferences on topics such as community philanthropy, nonprofit leadership and the impact of collaborative work.

Over the years, he has served on the boards of community, cultural and educational institutions across Wisconsin and the United States – currently, this includes the boards of Wisconsin Philanthropy Network and Achieve Brown County, among other community task forces.

Other volunteer commitments have included working with local food banks, the Boys & Girls Club, volunteer centers and a no-kill animal shelter.

Buehler is a proud alum of Green Bay Southwest High School and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he graduated with high honors.
