Dustin Delsman

Dustin Delsman is the assistant business manager at Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 400, a union of more than 2,700 members affiliated with the United Association of Plumbers & Pipefitters and serving 18 counties across Northeast Wisconsin. Local 400 provides training and qualified manpower to more than 105 signatory contractors across the plumbing, steamfitting, HVAC/R service and pipe fabrication industries. Delsman completed a 20-year career at Tweet/Garot Mechanical before being elected into his current role. He serves on numerous area workforce development and building trades committees dedicated to growing the skilled trades pipeline in Northeast Wisconsin.
