Grant Pauly is the founder and brewmaster of 3 Sheeps Brewing in Sheboygan, where he combines creativity and precision to craft innovative beers that push boundaries while remaining approachable.
With a background in manufacturing and a passion for the science of brewing, Pauly – a Northwestern University graduate – has built 3 Sheeps into a beloved Wisconsin brewery known for crafting What Wisconsin Drinks.
