With a career that spans multiple industries, Bootz has held key roles in various corporate environments, driving innovation and strategic growth through project and people leadership. On the side, she channels her entrepreneurial spirit into Paperjax, a business she co-founded with her husband – which offers cutting-edge augmented reality marketing services to elevate brand experiences.
Bootz holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and bachelor’s degrees in math and computer science from St. Norbert College.
