Jay Cricks is the vice president of business development at NorthStar Restoration Services, a full-service restoration company based in North Central Wisconsin.

With more than 20 years in the industry, Cricks focuses on building lasting relationships, driving community engagement and leading with integrity.

He is passionate about creating a strong company culture, supporting team development and giving back through events like charity golf outings and annual blood drives.

Cricks also serves as board chair for the North Central Chapter of the American Red Cross and believes that real leadership starts with being a good neighbor.
