Jen Bauer

Jen Bauer has been with Miron since 2003.

In her role as executive vice president of marketing and culture, Bauer is responsible for the oversight of marketing and culture strategy, corporate communications, branding, creative development, public and client relations and event planning and execution.

She also serves as a liaison for Miron’s numerous community events and leads a team of 11 marketing professionals.

Bauer earned a degree in English and communications from St. Norbert College, as well as an MBA from Lakeland College.

She is a LEED AP BD+C, is a member of the Executive Leadership Forum, serves on the Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity Family Selection Committee and has served on the board of directors for both the Fox Cities Chamber as well as the Sexual Assault Crisis Center.

Bauer also serves as Miron’s employee campaign manager for United Way, is a graduate of Leadership Fox Cities and was honored as a 2013 Fox Cities Future 15 Young Professional and as the 2017 Unsung Hero of the Year by The Daily Reporter.
