Jessica Wekkin

Jessica Wekkin has served as director of career services at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls since 2024 and has worked in higher education for 18 years. Her blend of experience in academic and student affairs has equipped her to lead career readiness initiatives in her current role by leveraging cross-department collaborations to integrate career development opportunities across the student experience. Wekkin earned a bachelor’s degree in writing from Bethel University and a Master of Fine Arts degree in writing from Hamline University.
