Jim Frank

Jim Frank is the chief claims and chief information technology officer for Sentry Insurance.
Frank – who has been with the Sentry IT team since 2003 – has been involved in Sentry’s transition away from legacy technology to cloud-based services and capabilities.
He helped lead the decommission of Sentry’s mainframe in 2022, making the Stevens Point-based company one of the first to accomplish this feat.
He’s also been instrumental in the development of Sentry’s strategic IT and data assets.
Frank holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwestern University.
