Katie Leinenkugel

Katie Leinenkugel is a sixth-generation member of the Leinenkugel family.
She first joined MillerCoors in 2007 as a retail coordinator for the Leinie Lodge at Milwaukee’s Summerfest.
Leinenkugel earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2010 and swiftly moved away from the cold weather of the north to Dallas, Texas.
She taught first grade for two years as part of the Teach for America program.
After her two years of teaching, she became vice principal and then principal of an elementary school during which time she earned a master’s degree in educational leadership from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
Leinenkugel then moved back to Milwaukee to work in marketing for Leinenkugel’s.
After three years on the brand team, she moved into sales for the Molson Coors portfolio working with distributor partners.
She most recently accepted a role managing Molson Coors’ Commercial Development Xploration Program.
