Kelly Armstrong is the former vice president of economic development for the Greater Green Bay Chamber, the state’s second-largest chamber of commerce.
During her time with the chamber’s economic development arm, Armstrong – who has more than a decade of experience in economic development, building collaboration with local government and spearheading corporate partnerships – drove the efforts of the seven task forces and 11 initiatives executing the Greater Green Bay Economic Development Strategic Plan.
In addition, she enhanced and aligned entrepreneur ecosystem by creating the Innovation and Entrepreneur Taskforce, rebranded the Startup Hub business incubator as the front door to Greater Green Bay’s entrepreneurial resources, increased utilization to 99%, launched the Tundra Angels investor network and acquired management of the Urban Hub co-working space.
