Her family’s farm – Heim’s Hillcrest Dairy in Kewaunee County – milks 850 cows and operates across 1,850 acres.
Kiley focuses on raising healthy calves and ensuring the best practices in dairy farming.

Making the generations that came before her proud is her No. 1 goal, and she strives to uphold their values, while embracing modern farming techniques.
