Meghan Walsh

Meghan Walsh serves as the executive director of academic advising and career development at St. Norbert College, where she leads initiatives that support student success and career readiness. Walsh brings a diverse background in higher education, with prior experience as dean of adult learning and new initiatives at Alverno College. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, an MBA from Alverno College and an EdD from Baylor University. Walsh’s work reflects a strong commitment to student development, strategic leadership and fostering meaningful academic and career pathways.
