Melissa Borowicz

Melissa Borowicz is the CEO and co-owner of The Utech Group, which provides expertise in change management, customized organizational development and leadership training.
For more than 20 years, Borowicz has worked with organizations across the United States and Canada in the areas of business transitions and succession planning, culture definition and implementation, leadership development and team development and training.
She obtained her Master of Social Work degree and certificate in marriage and family therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, as well as certifications in process mastery, neuro-linguistic programming and various leadership assessment tools.
She currently serves on the Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership and Curative Connections boards.
