Melissa Winter

Melissa Winter is president of Acuity Insurance.

She began her career with the company in January 1998 as a claims representative and gradually worked her way up the ranks to claims consultant (2005), general manager-staff claims (2010), vice president-business consulting (2016) and most recently president (2023).

A graduate of Cardinal Stritch University with a major in sociology, Winter earned the Casualty Claims Law Associate designation.

She also holds advanced leadership certificates from the University of Milwaukee-Lubar School of Business, University of Wisconsin Executive Education Center and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
