Nicole Evers co-owns NE Acres in Wrightstown with her husband, Nick, where they breed and raise miniature highland cattle and miniature donkeys. They recently opened Homegrown Farmstand in De Pere – which features locally produced food and goods and embraces a farm-to-table approach. She earned a bachelor’s degree in architectural design and urban planning, with an emphasis on conservation, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In addition to managing the farm store and farm, Evers is the owner and architectural designer of Ever After Design & Realty in Wrightstown. She also serves on the Brown County Dairy Promotions Board and helps plan and execute popular events like Breakfast on the Farm and Taste of Wisconsin Brown County.
