Perissa Bailey

Perissa Bailey joined Mercury Marine as the vice president and general manager of eSolutions in 2022 following an 18-year career with Ford Motor Company, most recently serving as the company’s global technology strategy and planning director.

In her role with Mercury, Bailey is responsible for leading the company’s electrification business and product development strategy.

In her first year with the company, she oversaw the launch of Mercury’s Avator 7.5e electric outboard, the first in a generation of products the company will offer in 2023.

Additionally, Bailey leads Mercury’s Advanced Engineering organization, investigating alternative fuel opportunities, which will position Mercury to be a propulsion leader, well into the future.
