Richard Smith is a Wisconsin-born entrepreneur who has a passion for sales and the cleaning industry.
He has spent 30 years gaining expertise in these areas with executive sales and management roles.
Smith founded Optimal Cleaning Solutions with his wife, Samantha, in 2021.
Optimal Cleaning Solutions was created to protect the health and wellness of people, pets and the planet through the environmentally conscious cleaning services it offers.
The company was recently awarded the EPA Partner of the Year Award for 2024 because of its support in prioritizing worker and community safety and healthier indoor air quality for the clients and communities they serve.
Smith serves as a board member for the Harrison Athletic Association to give back after many years of being involved in sports organizations in the Calumet County and Appleton areas.
