Sereno Steindl

Sereno Steindl serves as the director of safety at Bassett Mechanical, bringing almost 30 years of experience from the trades to the position.

Starting in 1998 as a union sheet metal worker, Steindl spent the majority of his 17-year field career as a project leader, managing large projects across diverse industries.

During that time, he gained valuable knowledge, built strong relationships and developed a thorough hands-on understanding of construction operations.

In 2015, Steindl transitioned into safety, advancing to director through hard work and proven results.

He draws on his extensive field experience to shape practical safety solutions and support teams in the mechanical industry.
