Tonia Gibeault

Tonia Gibeault is the director of human resources for Immel Construction, a 100% employee-owned construction services company.

Before starting with Immel, Gibeault served in a variety of human resources roles for a handful of organizations, including Lakeshore Technical College, Americollect, Home Instead Senior Care and Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance.

Gibeault earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Silver Lake College and obtained executive program certificates for competitive strategy and creating a culture of innovation through Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management.
