Keller, Inc. to build for AmeriLux Family of Companies

DE PERE – The AmeriLux Family of Companies and Keller, Inc. are collaborating on the development of two new, ground-up buildings at 2000 Commerce Drive in De Pere’s East Industrial Business Park.

Located about one mile south of AmeriLux’s current corporate headquarters, the new buildings will provide approximately 500,000 square feet of distribution and warehousing space. 

AmeriLux will offer the property’s remaining 200,000 square feet to other companies looking for space.

Some of the project’s features include:

• 548 total multiwall polycarbonate windows
• More than one mile of foundation walls
• Located less than a mile from the future De Pere Southern Bridge
• The region’s largest flagpole, standing at 120 feet
• A 30-foot-x-60-foot version of Old Glory

Upon completion of the new buildings in winter 2025-26, AmeriLux will manage more than 1.6 million square feet of distribution and warehousing space. 

The expansion is expected to create more than 100 new jobs in manufacturing and warehousing, management and sales and CDL drivers.
