Ayden Fowler

As a senior leader at Rewired Dynamics, Ayden Fowler drives content and growth for a neuroscience-backed approach to leadership and culture change – translating GRiT and the firm’s uncoaching frameworks into programs that actually shift behavior, not just beliefs. He builds clear language, tight systems and experiences that turn teams into owners. Previously, Fowler founded ventures including Unbar, Davite and Commah, which sharpened his bias for shipping useful things fast. He’s direct, data-minded and relentless about impact: If it doesn’t move people forward in the real world, it’s noise. Fowler is currently a junior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship/entrepreneurial studies. He also serves as a program intern in the university’s Business Emerging Leaders Scholarship Program.
