Dr. H Jeffrey Rafn

Dr. H. Jeffrey Rafn is president emeritus of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC).
Rafn retired from NWTC in 2023, after serving 26 years as president.
He currently serves on the Board of Brown County United Way and is active in Achieve Brown County, where he serves on several work groups – including chairing the READY for Life task force, which is focused on increasing the number of Brown County third-grade students who are proficient in reading.
