Holly Lifke

As executive vice president of human resources, Holly Lifke leads The Boldt Company’s human resources strategy.

She oversees talent management, succession planning, performance management, process development and improvement, training and development, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits and labor relations.

Lifke also plays a critical role as a member of the strategic planning team, helping shape the future of human resources to align with all organizational strategies – like making sure Boldt achieves and promotes a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a master’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
