Julie Nelson is the founder, owner and operator of Weld + Arrow permanent jewelry studio – which currently has two studio locations and three employees.

Nelson earned a bachelor's degree in management, with an emphasis in human resources, from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and has a background in systems technology.
