Kurt Voss

Kurt Voss is the founder, owner and CEO of AmeriLux Family of Companies – overseeing operations at the company’s corporate headquarters located in De Pere.
As the leader of the AmeriLux Family of Companies, which was founded in 2004, Voss is instrumental in initiating leading-edge practices in leadership principles, employee engagement and personnel development.
Voss frequently serves as a guest speaker on business and leadership and holds positions with many local organizations – including the Green Bay Packers’ board of directors, the board of trustees at St. Norbert College, the board of advisors at the Donald J. Schneider School of Business and Economics, the community advisory board for the Medical College of Wisconsin-Green Bay – and is the past chair of the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation’s board of directors.
