Olejniczak’s love for cooking began at an early age and so did his hunger to create unforgettable food memories.
This passion eventually inspired him to launch his own private chef service where steakhouse-inspired plating and wild game take center stage.
When not in the kitchen, Olejniczak can be found fishing or tracking deer with his scent hounds.
