Maureen Carlson

Maureen Carlson is the business development manager at Greenfire Management Services, serving the Fox Valley, central and northern parts of the state. With three decades of experience as a business development leader and growth specialist, Carlson’s professional experience includes 11 years in commercial construction, 25 years as a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Wisconsin and 30 years in community economic development. She has served as chair of Momentum West and Chippewa Economic Development Corporation and on the boards of Centergy and MCDEVCO, as well as on the Oshkosh Chamber Economic Development Committee. Carlson received the Women in Construction award in 2023, which honors top women construction professionals in the State of Wisconsin.
