Nicole Terrill

Nicole Terrill holds a clinical doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, using her background in physiology, well-being and scientific principles to guide and inform public sauna practices. She began Nordic Night LLC in 2023, which is now run with her business partner, Abbigail Laufenberg. Terrill, along with Laufenberg, also co-launched a second public sauna in Wausau called Northern Lights Sauna. Terrill also serves as a principal investigator on an Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin Community Led grant to combat secondary traumatic stress in minority community health workers. She has a background in trauma-informed care, attunement and pediatric physical therapy, continuing to consult and do work in those areas of clinical practice as well.
