Sarah Sugden

Sarah Sugden is the executive director of the Brown County Library System.
Sugden obtained a bachelor’s degree in history from Dartmouth College and a master’s degree in library and information science from Simmons University.
Before coming to Brown County, she worked as the library director of the Waterville Public Library in Maine.
Sugden also previously worked as a senior librarian at the Cambridge Public Library in Massachusetts, a media center specialist at Newton-Conover High School in North Carolina and a librarian at the Phoenix Public Library in Arizona.
She is currently a member of Rotary International.
