Scott Cathcart

Scott Cathcart has been an executive chef for more than 20 years. During that time, Cathcart ran multiple properties in San Diego and Wisconsin, some at the same time. Cathcart has been a restaurant owner for the past seven years, most recently opening his second restaurant, Strip Steak House, in Sheboygan Falls. Cathcart also trained at a Le Cordon Bleu-certified college of culinary arts.
