Tony Violetta

Tony Violetta is the chief operating officer (COO) of BayCare Clinic – a physician-owned specialty-care clinic serving 13 regional communities in northeastern Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

Violetta started with the health organization in 2007 as director of human resources before moving into the role of chief administrative officer and most recently assuming the role of COO.

He obtained a bachelor’s degree in security administration and an MPA in human resources management from Northern Michigan University.
