Tonya Dittman

As director of engagement for The Village Companies, Tonya Dittman leads marketing for the company’s parent brand and raises awareness while growing the company’s revenue and investment portfolio.

She also leads efforts to enhance employee experiences, specifically leadership development programming.

Lastly, she manages and responds to community-giving requests to sustain the company’s foundation balance and future endowment.

Dittman holds a degree in psychology and business administration from St. Norbert College.
