Intent to combine, advance care in rural Midwest

WAUSAU – Peoples State Bank (PSB) granted $30,000 to Expressions Dance Institute, LLC of Rothschild as part of a Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) of Chicago “Community First Accelerate Grant” to support the growth and development of small businesses in Wisconsin and Illinois.
Seth Wage, PSB commercial banking officer, said it is great to know the grant will be reinvested into a business that supports more than 700 kids and their families in the greater Wausau area.
The grant will provide funding for a studio expansion and remodel, plus a teen center and safe space for kids to hang out and do homework.
Expressions Dance Institute LLC works to provide a fun and safe environment for kids to learn the art of dance to offer dance instruction in a positive and creative setting to dancers of all ages and abilities.
