WISCONSIN – BW Papersystems has completed the 50th installation of its ServoPro Rotary Die Cutter.
Neal McConnellogue – president of corrugating and CCO of BW Papersystems – said the milestone reflects broader industry demand for higher output and more user-friendly equipment as manufacturers address production growth and workforce changes.
“Fifty installations are a meaningful marker, not just for us, but for the customers placing their trust in ServoPro,” he said.
McConnellogue said the ServoPro system – designed for reliability and faster production changeovers – is now operating in 11 countries across North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
He said the equipment has full-servo operation, simplified controls and heavy-duty mechanical design that helps reduce downtime and maintenance needs.
“We built ServoPro to solve real production challenges,” he said. “The pace of industry adoption and early repeat customers shows that BW Papersystems continues to be the industry leader for reliable rotary die cutters.”
McConnellogue said the system can run at speeds of up to 225 boxes per minute.
Maximo Leyva – vice president, product line leader, finishing – said the milestone is both validation and motivation.
“ServoPro serves converters of many sizes and regions, and our momentum is only growing as customers increasingly look for proven reliability in their operations,” Leyva said.
