OSHKOSH – Construction is continuing on a new 27,000-square-foot Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists (OSMS) clinic in Oshkosh, expanding access to orthopedic and musculoskeletal care in the community.

Bryan Royce, orthopedic surgeon and physician owner at OSMS, said the facility – located at 200 S. Oakwood Road – remains on track to open this spring.

OSMS currently serves Oshkosh-area patients through a satellite location inside Ascension Northeast Wisconsin Mercy Hospital.

Royce said the new clinic will consolidate services into a dedicated outpatient setting, offering orthopedic, sports medicine, rheumatology and pain management care.

Once open, Royce said the clinic will include 20 exam rooms, advanced X-ray and MRI technology, an on-site laboratory, infusion suites for rheumatic disease treatment and space for in-office procedures such as carpal tunnel release performed under local anesthesia.

Occupational and physical therapy services, he said, will also be available on site.

Royce said the location is designed to provide both walk-in and scheduled specialty care, allowing patients to receive timely treatment for injuries such as fractures, sprains and sports- or work-related conditions, while helping reduce reliance on emergency rooms.

“This facility will allow us to further expand orthopedic and musculoskeletal care in a dedicated, patient-focused environment,” he said.

OSMS is a physician-owned practice focused on accessible, expert-led care, with most insurance plans not requiring referrals.
