Construction has started for Hobart Retail project

HOBART – Construction has officially begun on a new 12,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail building in the Hobart Centennial Business Park.

Per the announcement, the project marks an important step forward in the village’s commercial development.

Hobart Retail – located at 633 Larsen Orchard Parkway – is expected to be completed by summer 2026.

Last month, community leaders, developers and local stakeholders gathered to celebrate the start of the project with an official ribbon-cutting.
