TitletownTech announces extension of expertise to Milwaukee

KAUKAUNA – Keller, Inc. has been chosen as the Architect and General Contractor/Builder on a 3,700-square-foot addition and a 3,500-square-foot renovation building project for Scheske Family Dental located at 607 Wilson St. in Little Chute.
Per the announcement, the project incorporates Dr. Scheske’s existing building as well as the parcel to the west of the existing property.
The project will consist of two phases to allow the new addition to be constructed first and then allow the existing building renovations to follow.
The practice will continue to operate during construction with minimal interruptions to operations.
A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for Aug. 18th, with the project scheduled to be completed in spring 2026.
Keller has also been chosen as the architect and general contractor/builder on a 4,917-square-foot, ground-up, multipurpose building project for Surplus Suds located at 301 W. Main St. in Mount Horeb.
This project will consist of a first-floor laundry mat, paid restroom/shower facility, co-working space and a pet wash, as well as a second-floor apartment.
Per the announcement, the project will start this summer and be completed in the new year.
