EmPATH unit to bridge behavioral healthcare gap in region

WISCONSIN – Keller, Inc. has been selected as the architect and general contractor for five upcoming commercial projects across Wisconsin.
The firm will lead renovation and expansion efforts for:
- Orthodontic Specialists of Madison (Madison): Interior renovations to improve patient experience and staff amenities, scheduled for completion in winter 2025.
- Winnebago Oral Surgery (Oshkosh): A 6,000-square-foot interior remodel to support the practice’s relocation and expansion, targeted for early 2026 completion.
- Accurate Machine Co. Inc. (Kaukauna): A 6,000-square-foot addition with a reroof to expand capacity and improve operations. Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2026 and be completed by summer 2026.
- Wisconsin Lighting Lab, Inc. (Fond du Lac): Facility upgrades, including a new in-house paint line. Construction will begin this fall and is scheduled for completion in spring 2026.
- A Breed Apart Animal Hospital (Madison): A 2,800-square-foot remodel to enhance services and staff environment. A Breed Apart Animal Hospital will remain open during construction, which is scheduled for completion later this fall.
