Miron becomes Platinum-Certified Employee-Friendly Workplace

FOX CITIES – Miron Construction Co., Inc. has been certified as a platinum-level Employee Friendly Workplace by the Fox Cities Chamber – which recognizes employers who demonstrate a significant commitment to promoting work/life integration by creating a positive work environment and experience for all employees.

Jack Herkowski, manager of economic development at the chamber, said reaching this top honor speaks to Miron’s dedication to continually working to make itself an employer of choice in the Fox Cities.

“We rate employers in four major categories: paid leave and flexible work schedules, health and wellness support, financial support and perks,” he said. “Employers are then given a score and if qualified, rank as Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum.”

Dave Walsh, executive vice president of human resources, said Miron’s winning workplace culture doesn’t happen by chance.
