Touchmark recognized as a Champion of Young Professionals

FOX CITIES – Touchmark on West Prospect has been recognized by the Fox Cities Chamber as a Pulse Champion of Young Professionals – which highlights the company’s commitment to creating a positive environment for young professionals to thrive and grow in their careers.

Executive Director Stephanie Buchanan said Touchmark knows that building a strong future for the company – and the Fox Cities as a whole – starts with investing in tomorrow’s leaders.

“We are proud to support young professionals in meaningful ways and provide an environment where their voices, skills and ambitions are truly valued,” she said.

Buchanan said a key example of this investment is Touchmark’s Management Associates program, which is designed to mentor emerging professionals early in their careers. 

Associates, she said, rotate through community departments – learning how roles function together and gaining firsthand experience across operations, hospitality, health services and more.

Kari Dick – vice president, regional director of operations – said the program offers young professionals the chance to discover where they thrive while “building confidence, competence and connection across every part of the business.”
