KAUKAUNA – Keller, Inc. has announced several new projects in Wisconsin for this summer.
First, Keller was selected as the architect and general contractor/builder for a 14,464-square-foot building project for Kobussen Buses, located at 714 Martin St. in Merrill.
Company representatives said the scope of the project includes the renovation of a recently acquired building – which will involve the demolition of an adjacent structure to create space for expanded parking – as well as Keller overseeing a full office build-out, completed in time for the first day of school.
Keller has also been chosen as the architect and general contractor/builder on an 8,400-square-foot PEMP building addition project for G&G Machine, Inc., located at 1801 Progress Way in Kaukauna.
Construction on the expansion is scheduled to begin mid-June.
Lastly, Keller has been chosen as the architect and general contractor/builder on an 8,406-square-foot expansion and remodel building addition project for Gateway Community Church located at 3510 High Road in Middleton.
The highlights of the project, representatives said, include an improved arrival experience, a welcoming outdoor gathering space, an expanded lobby for greater community connection, new classrooms and a larger sanctuary. Construction is scheduled to begin in June and be completed in the winter of 2025-26.
