Van Ert cuts ribbon on newly acquired Fond du Lac facility

FOND DU LAC – Van Ert Electric, in partnership with Envision Greater Fond du Lac, hosted an official ribbon cutting recently to celebrate its newly acquired facility located at 415 Trowbridge Drive.

Dean Baumann, division manager at Van Ert Electric, said the new building increases Van Ert Electric’s operational capacity in the region and supports the company’s mission to deliver high-quality electrical contracting services across Wisconsin and beyond.

“We’re proud to be growing in Fond du Lac,” he said. “This new facility marks an exciting step forward for our team and reinforces our long-term commitment to supporting our customers, our employees and the local community.”

Today, Baumann said Van Ert employs more than 800 people, with recent acquisitions – including B&B Electrical Contractors in 2022 and Leasa Electric in 2024 – further bolstering the company’s capabilities and workforce.

Van Ert Electric serves the Wausau, Kaukauna, Eau Claire, Green Bay, Oshkosh, Milwaukee, Fond du Lac and Madison areas in Wisconsin and the Iron Mountain, Michigan, area.
